Responsibilities
Work independently and collaboratively with the team, leveraging all available resources to deliver efficient and effective customer service
Provide in-depth support for all products and services, including digital solutions and technical support
Identify and communicate cross-sell opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
Serve as a reference and escalation point for colleagues within the Contact Center and across the organization, demonstrating a strong understanding of end-to-end processes and products
De-escalate complex situations using advanced communication skills and explore solutions efficiently and professionally
Accurately and independently complete all required customer follow-up actions
Maintain ownership of customer issues through resolution, escalating appropriately when needed
Identify trends and conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement
Act as the 'voice of the customer' by sharing feedback with management and through issue-tracking channels
Participate in ongoing and advanced training that builds on prior experience and supports continued professional growth
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year Banking or online customer service experience required
Data analytics expertise
Proficiency using multiple computer screens
Strong MS Excel skills; Access Optima is a plus
Previous client training experience
