Required
7–12+ years of experience, with 5+ years in Product Management for complex technology platforms
Banking domain expertise: prior work at banks, banking tech providers, or fintech companies
Experience in US regulated financial environments
Proven track record delivering platform products (core banking, payments, ledger, or financial infrastructure)
Strong agile/Scrum experience working closely with engineering teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity, define clear strategy, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with core banking platforms (Temenos, Thought Machine, FIS, etc.)
Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
Spanish language skills
