Responsibilities
Lead independent and collaborative research projects
Develop and implement computational methodologies
Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, imaging, and clinical datasets
Prepare manuscripts and present findings at scientific conferences
Mentor junior trainees when appropriate
Qualification
Required
PhD or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Computer Science
Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
Demonstrated research productivity
Experience with high-throughput molecular data (WGS, RNA-seq, spatial omics, mass spectrometry, etc.)
Experience working on a high-performance computing environment
Publication record in computational biology or cancer biology related areas
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
