Responsibilities
You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process across our Engineering and Product organizations, from intake through close
You’ll design and execute creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top technical candidates
You’ll report on what’s working (and what’s not), sharing real-time feedback from the market with hiring teams to help Attentive remain competitive
You’ll build, maintain, and nurture strong pipelines of talent, identifying both immediate and future opportunities aligned with candidates’ skills and career goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally across multiple technologies and roles
Proven success identifying, engaging, and closing technical talent in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Strong sense of urgency and ownership in managing searches, pipelines, and stakeholder relationships
Highly resourceful—you research, ask smart questions, and figure things out without needing a playbook
Comfortable acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates alike
