Senior Boiler Service Technician
Core Group Resources is seeking a Senior Boiler Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various boiler systems. The role involves ensuring optimal operation of boiler systems, communicating safety concerns, and complying with safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various boiler systems, including low pressure, high pressure, power, steam, and hot water heating systems
Replace faulty valves, filters, gauges, and other components to ensure optimal operation
Monitor boiler systems continuously for safety and performance, facilitating regular cleaning and addressing any malfunctions promptly
Communicate safety concerns or operational issues with supervisors and maintenance teams
Maintain a professional demeanor to deliver an excellent customer experience
Comply with safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including obtaining required certifications
Assist with other related duties as assigned, supporting the overall health and safety of the work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in boiler maintenance, combustion, instrumentation calibration, and basic boiler circuitry, with the ability to read wiring schematics
Technical or vocational training in HVAC, industrial boilers, or associated fields
Extensive knowledge of industrial boiler operation and maintenance
Strong analytical and mechanical problem-solving skills
Valid OSHA 30, F-60, and G-60 certifications are required
Ability to work standby/on-call schedules as needed
Own hand tools are required; the company will provide specialty tools as needed
Physically capable of inspecting and repairing boilers, including working in confined spaces and lifting up to 75 pounds
Willingness to pass a drug screening and background check prior to employment
Preferred
Ability to perform some welding is a plus
