Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and analyze complex financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning
Lead budgeting and monthly forecast activities, partnering with department leaders to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
Create and deliver financial reports, variance analyses, and ad-hoc insights for senior management
Support product costing, pricing analysis, and gross margin reporting in collaboration with Operations Finance
Serve as the FP&A data owner, leveraging ERP data to automate reporting, enhance analytics, and support cross-functional process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a manufacturing or product-driven environment
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch (cash flow, P&L, scenario analysis)
Strong ERP expertise with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
Demonstrated experience supporting cost accounting, product costing, or margin analysis
