Responsibilities
Support day to day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Process, code, and track invoices while ensuring proper approvals and documentation
Assist with vendor setup, maintain accurate records, and support year end reporting needs
Help manage billing, cash receipts, and follow up on outstanding invoices
Participate in inventory tracking, job costing, and use tax support
Code and reconcile company credit card transactions
Maintain organized financial files and support audits as needed
Collaborate closely with the accounting and finance team on ongoing initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and improve processes
Comfort working with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills preferred
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Team oriented mindset and willingness to support across functions
Requirement: Must be local to the Denver area
Preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience in construction, job costing, or inventory environments is a plus, but not required
