Responsibilities
Partner with Player Care team and PADI data engineering to turn our Player Care data into actionable insights
Identify key learnings from your analysis and synthesize them into recommendations for stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other PADI data scientists to incorporate support findings into relevant major analyses and franchise beats
Conduct data analysis as requested for stakeholder groups across Marketing and Consumer Products, including understanding ROI of out-of-game initiatives and optimizing for in-game metrics
Be self-driven and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data
Maintain dashboards in PowerBI that enable stakeholders to understand the business and supporting onboarding to other self-service tools
Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in data analytics
5 years of experience with SQL
2 years of experience with dashboarding tools
Proficient in Python
Able to work in a collaborative, diverse and fast-paced team
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills and autonomy when faced with solving data problems
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
Preferred
familiar with SparkSQL
familiar with Databricks
familiar with Azure Data Explorer
dashboarding tools, PowerBI preferred
familiar with PySpark
interest in games
experience in gaming industry
