Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects from kickoff to closeout while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Review shop drawings, blueprints, and design documents to prepare project proposals
Coordinate daily and weekly work assignments for production staff
Collaborate with purchasing and estimating teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and hardware
Research and recommend new materials and suppliers as needed
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies
Provide performance updates and project evaluations to senior management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing construction or general contractor projects, preferably in millwork or fabrication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and project management tools
Understanding of 2D-to-3D design translation (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and standard-to-metric conversions
High school diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years' experience managing construction, fabrication, or millwork projects
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or related field preferred
