Responsibilities
Experience providing high-quality programming per specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, contractors, engineers, and fellow team members
Working as part of a team that is responsible for the programming, start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning of DDC building automation systems
Configuring, programming, and customizing control systems to meet project-specific needs
Creation of software programs and front-end graphics
Commissioning on projects
Analyzing problems and resolving issues to ensure the complete system functions properly
Performing system diagnostics and recommending enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency
Coordinating customer training and completing closeout documents
Providing technical support and direction to end-users and employees when applicable
Qualification
Required
Possessing a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar program
Programming skills are essential
Understanding of electrical principles
Preferred
Knowledge of control systems/HVAC systems is a plus (but not required)
Additional preferred skills to be discussed during the interview, tailored to specific business units
