Responsibilities

Manages brand and employee outcomes by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Manages Brand and digital design to keep organizational digital properties current and consistent, and sets standards for optimal user experience, including the conceptualization, design and development of websites, emails and other digital assets. Takes the lead role in understanding legal, stakeholder and customer brand and compliance requirements to ensure all digital products comply to these standards
Achieves brand and advertising operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; identifying, developing, and implementing system improvements
Analyzes and interprets analytics, research and trends to identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and to determine the best design solutions
Improves brand and digital design knowledge enterprise-wide by providing tools, resources and templates to enable optimal user experience, ensure Brand compliance, and amplify digital design and Brand best practices at all levels throughout the organization

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Advertising or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
5 years experience in advertising, brand management, marketing communications, strategic planning with proven ability to develop strategies
1 year supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership
Excellent creative judgment, communication skills and analytical abilities and have proven track record of marketing success
Must be decisive and well organized with sound business judgment
Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time
Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers
Ability to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship

Preferred

Masters degree in business or marketing
Health care background is preferred
