They are seeking a Director of Retail Media to oversee and scale a client-facing retail media services function, leading strategy, service delivery, and operational execution across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall retail media services strategy aligned to business objectives
Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring campaigns meet performance, quality, and efficiency standards
Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary managed services teams
Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operational best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Act as an escalation point for complex client or delivery issues
Partner with sales, product, data, and marketing teams on solutions and growth initiatives
Own performance reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations
Manage budgets, resource planning, and financial performance for the function
Track and report on KPIs related to service delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or managed services
5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing service delivery or operations
Proven experience leading cross-functional, client-facing teams
Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems and performance marketing
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior audiences
Experience driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement
