Responsibilities
Lead upgrades and modifications to filling and packaging lines
Design and develop manufacturing line layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Perform capacity and throughput analysis for automated production lines
Create and own User Requirement Specifications (URS)
Partner closely with Validation teams during commissioning and qualification
Own and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for equipment
Design fixturing and tooling (3D printing experience is a plus)
Manage and execute automation and capital equipment projects
Provide hands-on engineering support during installation, startup, and optimization
Collaborate with vendors, integrators, quality, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, or related)
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in life sciences, biopharma, or medical device industries
Strong experience with automated manufacturing systems
Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Experience supporting fill-finish, bottling, or packaging lines
Experience developing URS documentation
Experience leading or supporting equipment FATs
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
3D printing experience
