Responsibilities

Greeting, welcoming, and announcing clients and visitors to the Office
Assigning visitor offices and badges, as needed
Assisting clients and other visitors with car service needs
Answering calls
Reserving conference rooms and maintaining the conference room schedule utilizing the Firm’s online meeting reservation tool
Assisting in the planning and execution of client and internal events
Performing various administrative tasks and duties in connection with the conference area and office administration

Required

High school diploma required; college degree desirable
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Receptionist
Strong service orientation
Ability to handle all situations with discretion, tact, and diplomacy
