Responsibilities
Facilitate short-term and long-term capital projects for capacity increases
Interaction with team: Collaboration with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering
Assembly and Machine Shop manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Education in Civil Engineering is preferred but Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering is also acceptable
7+ years for masters and 10 years working experience with Bachelor's degree, Associate with 10 years is also ok
Proficient in Creo 3D CAD modeling and drawing application or equivalent application (Inventor/Solidworks)
Ability to communicate and have basic knowledge of functions performed by skilled trades personnel
Interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
Understanding of shop operations and maintenance procedures as well as previous experience in a particular discipline
Understanding of machine tools with hands on experience
Project management skills / experience
Working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera
Experience in heavy machine installation and foundations
High degree of experience and expertise in designing and/or redesigning service systems such as heat treat equipment, material handling systems, filtration systems, paint systems, utilities for water, gas, steam, air heating, ventilation, etc
Preferred
Facilities Engineering is more focused on structural, utilities, and working with contractors on demolition and installation of equipment
This is a Project Engineer/Project Manager role with designing experience
Good knowledge and experience with heavy machine installation and foundations
Experience in Interaction with contractors
Overtime Required maximum 8 hours overtime in only at weekends depends on
