Involved in every aspect of case management, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, court hearings, motion practice, trials, and appeals
Contribute to developing and executing litigation strategy in a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in patent litigation at a reputable law firm
Technical background in one of the following strongly preferred: Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Material Science
Registered (or eligible for registration) to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, or substantial patent litigation experience
J.D. with strong academic credentials
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Team oriented, collaborative, and collegial working style
Preferred
Trademark, trade secrets, and/or copyright experience preferred but not required
