Key Account Manager - Data, Analytics & AI
ON Data Staffing is a fast-growing Data, Analytics & AI consultancy that is seeking an Account Manager to enhance client relationships. The role involves managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and delivery teams, and contributing to a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture a portfolio of ~20–30 active client accounts
Build strong rapport and stay close to engagement progress, outcomes, and momentum
Support account activity across procurement, contracting, renewals, and expansion
Listen for signals that clients are ready for the next step
Help shape and progress follow-on conversations where additional services can add value
Work internally to align on timing, fit, and next steps
Act as the bridge between clients, partner/alliance teams, and delivery teams
Share context, priorities, and client energy to ensure smooth execution
Support transitions as accounts grow or evolve
Keep account information visible and up to date
Contribute ideas that improve the overall client experience
Help maintain a high-quality, consistent feel across multiple relationships
Qualification
Required
Experience in a client-facing role (consulting, SaaS, tech, or professional services)
Experience managing multiple client relationships at once
Exposure to data, analytics, cloud platforms, or technical services
Clear, confident communication skills
Comfort working in a remote, highly collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with packaged or repeatable service offerings
Familiarity with modern data platforms or analytics tooling
A consulting mindset and curiosity about how organisations operate
