Responsibilities
Build and update web pages, landing pages, and components using AEM templates and workflows
Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content meets UX, SEO, accessibility (A11y), and compliance standards
Implement reusable components and experience fragments
Manage assets in AEM’s Digital Asset Manager
Conduct accessibility testing (e.g., WCAG compliance)
Validate content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistency across devices and platforms
Sometimes act as a bridge between content strategy and live digital experiences, advising on layout and design choices
Proficiency in authoring pages, templates, components, and workflows within AEM
Ability to manage and optimize images, videos, and other assets for performance and accessibility
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and understanding of responsive design principles
Knowledge of search engine optimization and compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics/tagging systems (e.g., SiteCat, Ensighten)
Qualification
Required
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Proficiency in authoring pages, templates, components, and workflows within AEM
Ability to manage and optimize images, videos, and other assets for performance and accessibility
