Responsibilities
Assemble, route, and terminate wiring harnesses and electrical components according to engineering drawings and schematics
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and mechanical assembly documentation
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support prototype builds, new product development, and ongoing production
Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with internal standards
Identify and troubleshoot wiring or component issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation of wiring assemblies, modifications, and process changes
Ensure all work adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes and electrical design efficiency
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
2+ years of experience in wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings
Proficient in the use of wiring tools, crimping, soldering, and electrical test equipment
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement
