Account Executive- Inside Sales Position
FinTitan is seeking a driven, self-motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth through high-volume activity and consultative selling. Responsibilities
Proactively hunt for new business through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach
Handle inbound leads and customer requests with urgency and professionalism
Maintain a high level of daily outbound and inbound call activity
Manage opportunities from initial contact through close
Consistently follow up to close open opportunities and move deals forward
Build long-term relationships with existing clients
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting data
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain consistent daily sales activity and fast response times
Demonstrate strong attention to detail from qualification through closing
Contribute positively to team effectiveness and collaborative performance
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to win
Tenacious work ethic and eagerness to learn the tax-credit industry
Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-through
Comfortable working in an in-office, performance-driven environment with clear goals and accountability
