Responsibilities
Provide performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when situations dictate
Ensure accountability and discipline when necessary
Communicate effectively at all levels and departments
Maintain maximum levels of equipment utilization and efficiency to meet production requirements
Manage the plant preventive maintenance program
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years as a Skilled Trades Maintenance Supervisor
Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes as required for the position
Knowledge of Fanuc robotics repairs in a manufacturing environment
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods
Preferred
High voltage electrical repair experience preferred
