Responsibilities
Support the execution of client engagements across the finance and accounting functions, including: technical accounting, financial reporting, and related advisory projects
Assist in creating project plans, managing day-to-day tasks, and preparing client deliverables
Participate in communications with client stakeholders, including providing regular project updates and contributing to the development of final presentations
Assist with the development, training, and coaching of team members to promote learning, quality, and collaboration
Contribute to building and standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices within the AAS practice
Maintain accountability for assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
Handle administrative and engagement-related tasks in a timely and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2+ year(s) of relevant experience in public accounting or industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Prior consulting experience
CPA license
