They are seeking an entry-level Paralegal to assist their Health Care Litigation and Disputes Practice Group with various responsibilities related to case management and legal documentation.

Responsibilities
Organize, maintain, and track documents for case files
Prepare and maintain pleading and discovery notebooks
Draft routine legal documents and correspondence
Collect documents from various sources
Docket litigation deadlines
File legal documents with various courts
Collect, organize, and prepare exhibits for productions and court filings
Review and analyze documents
Communicate with clients and other counsel
Conduct various document searches and factual research
Provide support for other duties as assigned by attorneys and senior paralegal
Qualification
Required
Legal Education: Paralegal or Legal Studies Certificate/degree
Exceptional organization and detail-orientation
Ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects for several attorneys
Ability to search database programs and assist with organizing, summarizing, and/or categorizing documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable to changing priorities; flexible
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels of firm personnel, clients, other counsel, and vendors
Ability to troubleshoot issues and create solutions
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Ability to adapt to various litigation software platforms
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
Prior paralegal experience or law firm experience is a plus
