The Bowerman Group is a well-established, family-owned fine jewelry company with nearly five decades of industry experience. They are seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a defined U.S. territory by developing and managing relationships with jewelry retailers, driving new business, and acting as a brand ambassador for their fine jewelry portfolio.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined U.S. territory by developing and managing strong relationships with independent and national multi-brand jewelry retailers
Drive new business while expanding existing accounts to achieve significant annual revenue growth
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering high-touch service and representing a diverse fine jewelry portfolio
Present collections, manage orders, and collaborate internally to ensure fast, accurate delivery
Manage and grow a book of business within assigned territory
Prospect and open new retail accounts aligned with brand positioning

Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience within fine jewelry, luxury, or premium consumer goods; current connections with better Independent Jewelers a plus
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to operate independently in a field-based sales role with aggressive revenue goals
