Responsibilities
Facilitate the execution of service for Park Avenue Capital’s clients by scheduling meetings in accordance with the Firm’s segmentation service schedule
Prepare and review the client meeting folders with all necessary prep materials and deliverables prior to a client meeting
Coordinate responses to inbound client communication by resolving account or policy related inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member
Maintain exceptional CRM records in accordance with Park Avenue Capital’s CRM guidelines and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience
Must have Life/Accident/Health and FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and 63 licenses or obtain within the first year
3-5 years in the wealth management or investment management industry
