Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of FINRA or securities litigation experience
Direct experience with FINRA arbitration procedures
Strong deposition and motion practice skills
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
Highly organized and self-motivated
Currently employed
No more than two employers in the past five years
