Responsibilities

Hunt for New Logos: Prospect and qualify leads in HR and Sales departments using outbound tactics (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to generate 20-50 qualified opportunities per quarter, emphasizing how our platform addresses pain points like speed-to-contact gaps, off-hours blackouts, and compliance risks
Expand Existing Accounts: Analyze current customers to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities; navigate internal structures to engage the right contacts (beyond initial buyers) and drive adoption of features like AI-led calls, automated SMS, pre-qualifying screens, and real-time analytics
Manage End-to-End Sales Cycles: Lead 2-4 month processes from discovery to close, including C-level demos, objection handling, negotiations, and contract finalization using value-based methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale. Highlight benefits such as 10,000+ calls/SMS per day, seamless transfers to human reps, and integrations that reduce admin burden
Collaborate and Optimize: Partner with cross-functional teams for handoffs, gather product feedback, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management
Market Expertise: Stay informed on AI trends in sales (e.g., customer acquisition, winback) and HR (e.g., talent screening, onboarding) to tailor pitches that showcase objective scoring, rubric-based assessments, and workforce intelligence

Required

7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record in hunting new accounts and expanding existing ones
Consistent quota attainment (100%+ in recent roles), with proven success closing $20k-$50k ACV deals in 2-6 month cycles and engaging C-level decision-makers
Expert in prospecting and pipeline building; excellent communication for translating technical features (e.g., human-like conversations, CRM writebacks) into business outcomes
Proficiency in Salesforce and ZoomInfo
Resilient self-starter with a hunter mentality, strategic account mapping abilities, and a collaborative spirit
Quick learner on AI applications for sales and recruiting

Preferred

Experience selling AI/tech solutions to HR or Sales teams is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
