The Procurement Intern will support the procurement and supply chain team in sourcing, vendor management, purchasing operations, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in real procurement activities that impact organizational performance.

Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing activities, including researching suppliers, gathering quotes, and evaluating vendor capabilities
Support purchase order creation, tracking, and follow‑up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Analyze supplier data, pricing trends, and spend categories to support cost‑saving initiatives
Help maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
Participate in supplier onboarding and performance evaluation processes
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.) to clarify requirements and ensure procurement compliance
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards related to procurement activities
All other duties as required by T5 management
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
