Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, Business Continuity Management, focusing on Risk Management and Policy & Compliance
Lead workshops and demos to showcase IRM solutions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
Design and implement custom flows, UI actions, client scripts, script includes and business rules to support client-specific requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct user training and create documentation to support end users and administrators
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, particularly in the GRC/IRM space
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions
Strong expertise in GRC/IRM modules
Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and other web technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
