Own and scale an already-built hiring platform
Tune workflows, sharpen execution, and make it reliable at scale
Work directly with founders, engineers, and customer success
Talk to users weekly and turn feedback into shipped improvements
Strengthen core ATS workflows and expand AI where it truly helps
Reduce friction, complexity, and product debt
Measure what matters: usage, retention, time-to-hire
