Responsibilities
Prepare/negotiate client engagement letters
Negotiate firm contracts with vendors/third parties
Perform conflicts analyses
Assisting with conflicts check evaluation/engagement letter negotiation
Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs, data agreements
Engage in copyright and web scraping requests reviews
Review protective orders and marketing content
Provide advice on litigation-related matters involving experts
Manage documents relating to contracts, conflicts, etc
Assist GC and Finance Partner with financial management of client relationships
Qualification
Required
JD degree + license (active, good standing) in at least one U.S. state or DC
3 - 6 years of law firm or in-house legal experience
Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Preferred
3-6 years experience from a mid size or large law firm practicing litigation or contracts law
Drafting and negotiating contracts, conflicts analyses and litigation-related work involving experts, document management and collections
