Responsibilities
Support the fleet management function, ensuring continuity and operational stability
Act as a back-up resource and provide coverage for fleet management duties
Manage the outsourced fleet provider and act as the primary point of contact
Assist with fleet analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
Support accounts payable functions related to fleet, real estate, and vendor management
Provide strategic and operational insights to improve fleet efficiency and cost effectiveness
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple locations and teams
Ensure compliance with fleet-related policies, processes, and standards
Qualification
Required
Extensive fleet management experience with large fleets (1,000+ vehicles)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret fleet data and trends
Experience managing outsourced fleet providers or vendor management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to work in Dallas or Denver, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate
Must be able to start ASAP
Preferred
Experience with fleet management software (FMS), telematics, and GPS systems
Background in accounts payable or fleet-related financial operations
Experience working in a corporate fleet environment or large-scale operations
Strong reporting and data visualization skills
