Responsibilities
Interpret results and develop actionable recommendations from the data analysis to build action plans with business stakeholders
Perform SKU rationalization analyses, using composite scores based on sales, units, margins, and customer penetration to recommend optimal assortments
Monitor assortment performance across stores to ensure alignment with customer preferences and market trends
Identify gaps in the current assortment and recommend new product opportunities to drive category growth
Lead cross-functional teams to establish effective analytics to inform business decisions
Contribute to developing, defining, and completing custom projects and analytics that help drive rich customer understanding to drive a customer centric mentality across our organization
Lead and manage projects, tasks, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specifications
Coach and develop junior talent within the team to ensure all team members continuing to build on their technical acumen
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years assortment analytics
5+ years of experience in assortment optimization, SKU Rationalization experience
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts
Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills
Preferred
Retail environment
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
