InfoStride is seeking a Senior Sales Audit & Revenue Accounting Lead to support its migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This role focuses on ensuring accurate sales journeys, integrations, and revenue postings throughout the new system during the mid-implementation phase and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

Lead the Sales Audit & Revenue Accounting workstream within the S/4HANA implementation
Validate end-to-end retail sales journeys, revenue postings, and exception handling
Oversee integration validation between Aptos, SAP, and boundary systems feeding into S/4HANA
Own UAT planning and execution, including:
Test scenario design
Data validation
Defect tracking & resolution
Ensure accuracy of sales data from POS/OMS → Aptos → SAP → Financial Posting
Review mapping rules, integration logic, and data flows (no coding required)
Provide clear communication, timely action items, and cross-functional coordination
Support cutover, go-live, and extended hypercare phases

Required

Senior-level experience in Retail Sales Audit or Revenue Accounting
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (sales, revenue processes)
Working knowledge of SAP ECC financial/sales flows
Experience with Aptos or similar POS/OMS systems
Strong understanding of boundary systems integrating into SAP
Significant experience leading or executing UAT in ERP transformation projects
Excellent communication, follow-through, and ownership of deliverables
Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment in San Francisco
