Bilingual HR/Admin Assistant
HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a growing international construction company to hire a Bilingual HR/Administrative Assistant. This role involves a dynamic blend of customer interaction, internal reporting, and HR responsibilities, requiring the ideal candidate to be bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for employee documentation, data entry, contract tracking, and internal filing systems
Coordinate HR activities including onboarding, employee record maintenance, attendance tracking, and policy communication
Assist with payroll preparation, timecard audits, benefits tracking, and insurance premiums
Communicate with field employees and supervisors to resolve HR or scheduling issues
Prepare internal purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and manage office supplies and service requests
Assist with invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and vendor billing follow-up
Collaborate with the Taiwan-based head office and adjust schedules occasionally for cross-time-zone meetings
Support recruitment coordination and maintain updated job postings, interview schedules, and onboarding checklists
Ensure compliance with labor policies and maintain confidential employee records
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or operations coordination (construction background preferred)
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across field and office tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across team and timezone
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred
Experience with payroll and HR software is a plus
