Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project management with autonomy, sound judgment, and adherence to Enterprise PMO standards
Apply a structured project management methodology to plan, execute, and deliver assigned initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to understand customer needs (internal and external) and translate them into clear project objectives
Build and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
Provide regular status updates to project teams, leadership, and committee stakeholders
Review project requirements, specifications, and training/support plans to ensure alignment with desired outcomes
Collaborate with department leaders to:
Identify and secure the right project resources
Establish clear team roles, responsibilities, and expectations
Create a shared sense of purpose and drive toward project milestones
Remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and foster strong team performance
Manage day‑to‑day project operations, scope, and team communication
Facilitate routine team meetings and maintain visibility into project health
Work cross‑functionally to problem‑solve and support organizational change
Ensure strong financial stewardship through effective budget management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field or 3+ years of project management or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of modern project management methodologies and best practices
Proven ability to manage complex projects with discipline, clarity, and accountability
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
Experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project management tools
High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Preferred
PMP or similar certification
Financial services industry experience
