Business Development Representative
SparkHouse LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to join Sensera Systems, a company that designs and manufactures solutions for real-time job site intelligence. The role involves building outbound sales strategies, prospecting potential accounts, and qualifying leads to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
Prospect: Identify and research high-potential accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify: Lead qualification calls to validate needs (budget, authority, timeline) before handing off to an Account Executive
Build: Partner with sales leadership and marketing to document best practices
Clean: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of prior SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or the construction industry
Resilient: You handle rejection with grace and keep dialing. You understand that 'No' is just part of the process to get to 'Yes.'
High Sense of Urgency: You understand that consistency is king. Our ICP contacts are notoriously busy
Coachability: You crave feedback and actively implement it to get better every week
Communicator: You can distill complex value propositions into clear, compelling messages
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
