Responsibilities
Provides advances and complex services functioning as the key recourse person:
Responsible for overseeing complex management programs
Independently examines, processes and reconciles data
Independently performs all activities with considerable latitude to plan daily work within established procedures
Provide technical assistance to assigned programs on all compensation, classification, payroll, benefits, and transaction issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field and one (1) year of experience in human resource operations; recruitment, selection, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, investigations, HR-related training experience, and/or occupational analysis
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certification from the State of New Mexico, or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment
Preferred
Experience in interpreting the Family Medical Leave Act
Good communication Skills
Providing HR consultation to multiple level employees
Working in a cooperative team environment backup up other employees
Ability to be flexible with work assignment
