Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Direct cross-functional teams through the full SDLC, providing mentorship and resolving complex technical blockers
Architecture & Design: Oversee the architectural vision for scalable enterprise applications, specializing in Microservices and Cloud-native designs
Code Excellence: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, conduct deep-dive code reviews, and implement automated testing strategies to ensure zero-defect delivery
Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead the migration and management of applications on Azure , utilizing Kubernetes (AKS) and DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
Integration Management: Supervise complex integrations between .NET ecosystems and platforms like Salesforce and Azure Data Factory
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for product owners and executives, translating business requirements into technical roadmaps
Qualification
Required
12+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a formal leadership/architectural role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Latest Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate certifications
Proven track record of managing distributed or cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment
Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and C#
Advanced SQL Server (Optimization, complex indexing, stored procedures)
Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and RESTful API design
Proficiency in Angular and React
Strong foundation in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
Extensive experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus)
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ETL and data orchestration
Experience deploying and managing containers via Kubernetes and Docker
Mastering CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
Experience integrating .NET applications with Salesforce (APIs, Middleware, or Lightning components)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain 'the why' behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a 'product-first' mindset
Calm under pressure during high-stakes deployments or production incidents
