Lifecycle Marketing Manager (In-House/Hybrid)

eNNOVATION Brands is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale their email and SMS ecosystem across skincare and hair care brands. This role involves driving customer engagement and retention through lifecycle strategy, automation, and optimization while collaborating with various teams to influence product launches and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for email and SMS across multiple product lines, from acquisition to retention and reactivation
Own campaign planning, execution, and optimization to drive measurable revenue and LTV growth
Architect and scale advanced automated lifecycle programs, including welcome/onboarding, cart and browse abandonment, post-purchase education, replenishment, cross-sell, loyalty, and win-back
Define and manage sophisticated segmentation and personalization frameworks using behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
Establish a rigorous testing and experimentation roadmap, optimizing subject lines, messaging, creative, cadence, and offers
Analyze performance trends and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Partner closely with creative, product, CX, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand customer experiences
Oversee deliverability, compliance, and channel best practices (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, SMS consent management)
Evaluate and implement new lifecycle tools, AI, and automation capabilities to stay ahead of industry trends
Mentor junior team members and set best practices for lifecycle execution and measurement

Required

5+ years of experience in email and SMS lifecycle marketing, ideally within eCommerce, beauty, wellness, or subscription brands
Advanced expertise in Klaviyo or comparable lifecycle platforms
Proven ability to drive revenue through lifecycle marketing with a strong understanding of LTV, retention, and cohort analysis
Exceptional copy and storytelling skills with a strong eye for design, UX, and conversion optimization
Highly analytical and comfortable working with dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance modeling
Confident, proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative, in-house environment
Passion for skincare, wellness, and customer-first brand building

Preferred

Experience with personalization, recommendation engines (e.g., Rebuy), and CDPs is a plus
