HireDNA is a global provider of science-based talent assessment and people analytics solutions. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net new revenue within Global 1000 accounts, build pipeline through various outreach methods, and lead discovery with HR and C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
Drive net new revenue within Global 1000 accounts
Build pipeline through outbound outreach, social engagement, and targeted prospecting
Lead discovery with HR and C-suite executives and align solutions to business and talent priorities
Run a full cycle sales process using conceptual and value-based selling
Present to executive audiences virtually and in person
Collaborate with internal experts to position the full portfolio of enterprise solutions
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
Close deals ranging from $50K to $250K with occasional $1M opportunities
Transition new wins to account management while retaining oversight of smaller accounts
Qualification
Required
7 to 10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
Strong track record in complex consultative sales cycles
Comfortable selling to senior HR leaders and C-suite buyers
Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder deals
Strong command of value selling, solution selling, and modern enterprise discovery
High EQ, strong communication skills, and polished executive presence
Curious, intelligent, and adaptable mindset
Preferred
Portfolio SaaS, HR tech, talent assessment, HCM, or consulting experience
Experience selling into financial services or large enterprise HR organizations
