Responsibilities

Support the design, configuration, and optimization of supply planning solutions on the o9 platform
Provide day-to-day operational support for o9 planning tools as they roll out across platforms
Assist with implementations, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
Work closely with project stakeholders, planners, end users, QA, and support teams
Support pilot implementations and proof-of-concept efforts as new planning capabilities are introduced
Help ensure system reliability, performance, and data accuracy through ongoing executional support
Leverage Excel heavily for planning analysis, data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams and contractors, managing multiple tasks with minimal direction

Qualification

O9 platform experienceSupply chain planningExcel proficiencyPlanning software exposureExecution oriented mindset

Required

Experience rolling out o9 for other companies - preferably big tech
Experience in supply chain planning or planning operations
Exposure to planning or supply chain software
Strong Excel skills (required)
Hands on, execution oriented mindset
Comfortable working in fast paced implementation and rollout environments
Direct experience supporting o9 Solutions
