Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyze and document business processes, propose improvements, and assess impacts on existing systems and data flows
Prepare and validate test cases to ensure solutions meet business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders across IS, development, and QA teams to guide solution design and implementation
Manage backlog and agile delivery using Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Support testing, training, and rollout activities, and ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with ABB Robotic’s global standards
Work closely with Business Process Owners, IS Managers, and Solution Architects to drive efficiency and innovation across distributed, multicultural teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in business, system, functional, or data analysis
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and excellent communication abilities
Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio and agile methodologies
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Identity Access Management
