Direct experience in the subject areas described
Writing sample (minimum one full page) suitable for a regulatory filing
Active law license in good standing in any U.S. state
Minimum 4 years of relevant work in a reputable law firm
Juris Doctor (JD)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects involving internal business partners, in‑house counsel, outside counsel, and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to engage proactively and independently in a fast‑moving environment
Preferred
Prior in‑house experience—especially partnering directly with internal business teams and coordinating with inside and outside counsel
In‑house legal experience is preferred but not mandatory
Background in U.S. regulatory advocacy, including tariff development, rate cases, and/or resource planning
