Responsibilities

Take pivotal roles in the recruitment, interviewing and acceptance processes of incoming mentees for the Women Who Succeed mentorship program
Help program manager to facilitate, monitor, or lead out mentee workshops over Zoom once a month
Administrative tasks, duties, and responsibilities
Support programmatic and foundation-wide events, including planning, logistics, internal and external coordination, event execution, etc
Provide content for social media to highlight events and upcoming opportunities within Women Who Succeed
Track and organize all women who succeed mentee applicants
Ensure documents are received for mentee applicants’ completion

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (freshman–senior) at an accredited college or university
Must be an engaged Women Who Succeed mentee in the 2025-2026 program year
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms and current trends
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
Interest in education, philanthropy, and community impact
