Responsibilities

Develop and lead cohesive regional occupational health goals and a strategy that aligns with or exceeds industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Maintain and improve in-depth expertise in relevant local, state, and federal laws related to Occupational Health
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our industry leading Occupational Health Standards are implemented and continuously improved upon
Create and deliver a proactive occupational health culture that promotes wellness, identifies and mitigates workplace hazards, and minimizes work-related illness and injury
Demonstrate significant experience leading occupational medical/health screening and control regulatory requirements, risk assessments, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, case management, and work-related illness prevention

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in occupational health, with a focus on program development and management
Experience in occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices in the specified region
Experience in occupational health principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Ability to travel within the region as needed

Preferred

Advanced degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, or other related technical field
5 years of experience in leading occupational health
3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization, including working in a multinational company
Experience with medical and mental health and counseling services fields, health promotion and wellness programs, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and regional health regulations
Experience in the technology industry
Ability to develop and implement advanced performance metrics
