Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive internship program that transitions classroom learning to practical, on-site construction experience. This program is structured to develop essential skills and competencies required for success in the construction industry
Engage in various aspects of construction management, gaining exposure to different roles and responsibilities within the field. This multifaceted approach will provide a thorough understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
Assist in day-to-day operations on construction sites, including but not limited to project coordination, document management, and site inspections
Collaborate with experienced professionals, learning from their expertise and gaining insights into industry standards and practices
Contribute to project-related tasks, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios and developing problem-solving skills

Required

Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar discipline, and must have completed at least 1 year of study
Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the Master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions
Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship

Experience working for a large general contractor
Previous relevant internship experience
Exposure to other construction-based computer programs
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as exposure to other construction-based computer programs
