Responsibilities
Coordinate HCP Investigator Meetings, including documentation, data entry, and logistics
Manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and vendor coordination
Support purchase orders, invoicing, and project reporting
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide status updates
Ensure all activities meet regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field)
4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience with KOL/HCP engagement and meeting coordination
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office 365 and MS Project
Preferred
Experience with Veeva Events, Ariba, SAP, Icertis, Workfront, SharePoint
Agency or cross-functional project coordination background
