Responsibilities
Support a variety of engineering tasks that will help you develop your technical, social and ethical skills
Learn the day-to-day function and team interaction in the Civil Engineering career path including OCS Design
Assist with Specification Submittals
Support Discipline Managers: Assisting with document preparation and management to ensure successful project delivery. Coordination of meetings as needed. Attend task force meetings
Communicate Developments: Regularly update the project team on documentation status, changes, and project developments to maintain alignment and transparency

Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil/Structural Engineering undergraduate program
Demonstrated interest in Structural or Civil Engineering
Good written and verbal communication skills
Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors and managers
Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology and tools
Ability to learn and adhere to workplace health, safety, drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred
An interest in rail transportation
Experience with various civil engineering design programs and software
Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus
