Responsibilities

Support the Field Manager with planning and executing field activities, and partner engagements

Coordinate logistics for micro-events, including scheduling, materials preparation, communication, and on-site support

Create and maintain organizational systems for tracking assets, inventory, and event readiness

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success teams to align fieldwork with organizational priorities

Contribute to documenting field processes and improving operational workflows

Partner with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development team to ensure smooth information sharing and clean lead handoffs

Required

Full-time availability in our Downtown Fresno office

Ability to travel for field events

Valid California driver's license

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs

Comfortable transporting and setting up event materials

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Clear, proactive communicator

Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly

A collaborative, positive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

Preferred

Experience in events, marketing, partnerships, or operations is a plus

Interest in marketing, events, or strategic partnerships
